Hi, my name is Walter, and I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request.

My 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander AWD — the vehicle I rely on daily for work and to earn a living — has been down for three weeks due to a failed transmission. After spending $900 trying to diagnose and begin repairs, I’ve now been told that I need to replace the transmission completely.

A used transmission will cost $1,800, and labor will be $950, bringing the total to $2,760. I simply don’t have the funds to cover this, and every day my vehicle is off the road is another day I can’t earn an income.

This car is not just transportation for me — it’s my livelihood. I have a 4 kids and im the breadwinner
